MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ECO-FRIENDLY CONRETE PANELS WITH IMPROVED WATER-PROOF PERFORMANCE AND ECO-FRIENDLY CONCRETE PANELS MANUFACTURED THEREFROM
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly exposed concrete panel, comprising: an inner layer and an outer layer, wherein the inner layer has a relatively low photocatalyst ratio compared to the outer layer, and the outer layer has a relatively high ratio of photocatalyst to the inner layer. According to the present invention, condensation and cracks caused by moisture are effectively suppressed due to a waterproofing material dispersed in a cut surface exposed by cutting, which is inevitably occurring during concrete site construction, and in the case of the outer layer of the panel, when an over-coated surface is damaged by external impact, such as scratches, abrasion, or breakage, the pollutants such as heavy metals and formaldehyde can be effectively removed by the photocatalyst component uniformly dispersed in the panel. The present invention relates to an eco-friendly concrete panel manufacturing method with improved waterproof performance and an eco-friendly exposed concrete panel manufactured thereby.
본 발명에 따른 친환경 노출 콘크리트 패널은 내층 및 외층으로 구성되되, 상기 내층은 외층 대비 광촉매 비율이 상대적으로 낮고, 상기 외층은 내층 대비 광촉매 비율이 상대적으로 높은 구성을 가지며, 콘크리트 현장 시공 시 필연적으로 발생하는 절단 가공에 의해 노출되는 절단면에 분산된 방수재 성분으로 인해, 수분으로 인한 결로 현상 및 크랙 발생이 효과적으로 억제되며, 패널 외층의 경우 외부 충격, 가령 스크래치나 마모, 파손에 의해 오버 코팅 면이 손상된 경우 패널 내에 균일하게 분산된 광촉매 성분에 의해 중금속 및 포름알데히드와 같은 오염원을 효과적으로 제거할 수 있다.
