The present invention relates to a motion sensing light fence. According to the present invention, even a motion of a short pedestrian can be sensed through a motion sensor, and a position of the pedestrian can be informed to a driver through an LED light panel, and, as a result, the present invention can solve a problem that there is difficulty in identifying whether there is a pedestrian and a position of the pedestrian, thereby solving an existing problem that there is difficulty in identifying whether there is a pedestrian and a position of the pedestrian. According to the present invention, the motion sensing light fence comprises: a motion sensor installed under an LED light panel to sense a motion of a short pedestrian; and the LED light panel installed on posts on both sides to inform a driver of a position of the pedestrian.
