The present invention relates to an urban regeneration method which can minimize the migration of the current residents during the development of an old city and can rapidly and efficiently regenerate the old city. The urban regeneration method comprises: an aggregate building construction process of constructing an underground parking lot by excavating a building site secured through an aggregate building site demolition process including a process of demolishing old buildings only at a building site where aggregate buildings are to be constructed, constructing roads at the building site where the underground parking lot is completed, and constructing the aggregate buildings on the roads at the building site; and a park construction process and a public facility construction process of constructing parks and public facilities at a site secured through demolition of old buildings at sites excluding the building site through a building site-excluded site demolition process including a process of demolishing old buildings not demolished around the aggregate buildings when an aggregate building residence process is completed.
본 발명은 도시재생공법에 관한 것으로서, 구도시의 개발시 현거주자의 이주를 최소화하고 신속하고 효율적인 도시재생이 이루어질 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 도시재생공법에 있어서, 집합건물이 건축될 건폐부지만의 구건물을 철거하는 과정으로 이루어지는 집합건물건폐부지철거과정을 통하여 확보된 건폐부지를 굴착하여 지하주차장을 시공하고, 지하주차장의 시공이 완료된 건폐부지에 도로를 개설하며, 건폐부지도로의 상부에 집합건물을 건축하는 과정으로 이루어진 집합건물건축과정, 상기 집합건물입주과정이 완료되면 집합건물 주변의 미철거 구건물을 철거하는 과정으로 이루어진 건폐부지외부지철거과정을 통하여 건폐부지외 부지의 구건축물 철거를 통하여 확보된 부지에 공원시공과정 및 공공시설시공과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 구도시의 개발시 현거주자의 이주를 최소화하고 신속하고 효율적인 도시재생이 이루어지는 효과를 갖는 것이다.
