A weak portion is formed in a rail guide, and the weak portion is cut while the rail guide to enable a roller bunch to be mounted thereon while the rail guide is constructed in advance, thereby minimizing deformation of width or damage which can occur during construction of the rail guide to maintain a predetermined shape. More specifically, a roller can roll in vertical and horizontal directions in the roller bunch, and a height difference is formed in the vertical rollers performing vertical rolling, thereby reducing load applied to the roller and stably guiding sliding even through the rail guide is deformed. Moreover, between two rollers guiding dust and foreign substances by pressing a band blocking introduction of the dust and the foreign substances to the rail guide, the roller performing opposite action to the two rollers to guide the roller to be smoothly moved while preventing the band from sagging or maintaining durability by friction.
레일 가이드에 연약 부분을 형성하고, 먼저 레일 가이드를 시공한 상태에서 연약 부분을 절취하여 롤러 뭉치를 장착할 수 있게 구성함으로, 레일 가이드를 시공할 때 생길 수 있는 폭의 변형이나 파손을 최소화하여 정해진 형태를 유지할 수 있다. 특히, 롤러 뭉치에 상하 좌우에서 롤러의 구름 작용을 하게 하고 또한, 상하 구름 작용을 하는 상하 롤러에 높이 차이를 둠으로써, 롤러에 가해지는 부하를 줄이면서도 레일 가이드가 변형되더라도 안정적으로 슬라이딩 안내를 할 수 있다. 그리고 레일 가이드 안으로 먼지와 이물 등의 유입을 막아주는 띠를 눌러서 안내하는 두 개의 롤러 사이에 이 롤러와 반대로 작용하는 롤러를 추가하여 구성함으로, 띠가 처지거나 마찰 등으로 내구성을 유지하면서도 원활하게 이동할 수 있게 안내한다.
