Small pile used semi-permanently to fix offshore structures
The present invention relates to a semi-permanent small pile for fixing a marine structure, which can be used to make a considerable rise in resistance for a marine structure installed on the sea or in the sea bottom to resist a force of a strong sea current or a strong wave pushing the structure away by making an anchor open into a V-shape, while eliminating the need to remove parts stuck in soil in the sea bottom. According to the present invention, the semi-permanent small pile includes: driving piles (10) provided on both sides of a lower part of a shaft coupling hole (13) respectively, and individually including a lower sharp part (11) and an upper rope connection ring (12); a pair of anchors (20, 20') having a long rotary plate part (21) having a hinge through hole (24) provided in a lower part to be penetrated by a hinge bolt shaft (30) coupled with the shaft coupling hole (13), and a soil lead-in groove part (23) having a soil receiving part (22) provided in an orthogonal direction of one side of the rotary plate part (21); a pair of closure prevention stoppers (40) provided to be individually fixed to one side of an upper part of the hinge through hole (24) to prevent the pair of anchors (20, 20') rotated around the hinge bolt shaft (30) from being rotated to be linear in a longitudinal direction with the driving piles (10); and a pair of opening control stoppers (41) provided to be individually fixed to one side of a lower part of the hinge through hole (24) to prevent the pair of anchors (20, 20') from becoming open in a V-shape and keeping the shape by preventing the pair of anchors (20, 20') from being rotated toward the lower sharp part (11).
본 발명은 앙카가 V자 형태로 벌어지게 하여 해상이나 해저에 설치되는 해양구조물이 강한 해류나 강한 파도에 의해 떠밀려가는 힘에 대항할 수 있는 저항력이 크게 상승되면서도 해저흙속에 박혀진 것을 철거하지 않아도 되는 용도로 쓰이는 반영구용 소형파일에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 축체결공(13)을 하부 양측에 각각 구비하고 하단뾰족부(11)와 상단로프연결고리(12)를 각각 구비하는 박음파일(10)과, 상기 축체결공(13)에 체결되는 힌지볼트축(30)이 관통하는 힌지관통공(24)을 하부에 구비하는 기다란 회동판부(21)와, 상기 회동판부(21) 일측 직각방향으로 흙받이부(22)를 구비하여 흙인입홈부(23)를 갖는 L자형태의 한쌍의 앙카(20,20')를 포함하고, 상기 힌지볼트축(30)을 중심으로 회동되는 한쌍의 앙카(20,20')가 박음파일(10)과 길이방향으로 일자형태가 되게 회동되는 것을 방지하기 위해 힌지관통공(24) 상부쪽 일측에 각각 고정되게 구비되는 한쌍의 오무려짐방지스톱퍼(40) 및 한쌍의 앙카(20,20')가 하단뾰족부(11) 방향으로 회동되는 것을 방지하여 한쌍의 앙카(20,20')가 V자형태로 벌어지고 유지되도록 하기 위해 힌지관통공(24) 하부쪽 일측에 각각 고정되게 구비되는 한쌍의 벌어짐제어스톱퍼(41)를 포함하여 구성되게 이루어진 것이다.
