DOOR CLOSER WITH CLOSING FORCE INCREASE DEVICE
The present invention relates to a door closer equipped with a closure force enhancer. The door closer, which applies a force in a closing direction of a door as an arm is combined with an end of a driving shaft in a door closer housing rotated in accordance with the opening and closing of a fire door, and a spring pusher interlocked with the driving shaft is elastically supported by a spring the housing, includes rotating the arm with a rotation force greater than a rotation force of the driving shaft having a planetary gear inputted between the arm and the driving shaft on the outer surface of the housing of the door closer. Therefore, according to the present invention, in order to enhance a closing force of the door closer connected with two arms, a planetary gear means is applied between the housing of the door closer and the arms combined with an outer part of the housing of the door closer, and, as a result, a rotation force inputted into first and second sun gears of the planetary gear is delivered to first and second carrier gears to be enhanced, and, moreover, the rotation center of the arms is spaced apart from a position to which power is applied, which can lead to an enhancement in the rotation force. Accordingly, there can be effects of using a door closer of a larger specification than a door closer of a small specification as well as easily preventing a door from being slid by a deterioration in the closing force of the door.
본 발명에 의한 폐쇄력 증가장치가 구비된 도어클로저는 방화문의 개폐에 따라 회전되는 도어클로저 하우징 내부의 구동축의 단부에 암대가 결합되고, 구동축과 맞물리는 스프링푸셔가 하우징의 내부에서 스프링에 의해 탄성 지지되어 도어의 닫힘 방향으로 힘을 작용하는 도어클로저에 있어서, 도어클로저의 하우징 외부면에서 구동축과 암대 사이에 유성기어가 입력되는 구동축의 회전력보다 큰 회전력으로 암대를 회전하는 것을 포함하여 이루어진다. 따라서 본 발명은 두 개의 암대가 연결되는 도어클로저의 폐쇄력을 증가하기 위하여 도어클로저의 하우징의 외부에 결합되는 암대와 도어클로저의 하우징 사이에 유성기어방식을 이용하여 폐쇄력을 증가하기 때문에, 유성기어의 제1,제2구동선기어로 입력되는 회전력이 제1,제2캐리어기어로 전단되어 회전력를 증대시킬 뿐만 아니라 암대의 회전중심과 힘이 가해지는 위치가 이격되어 있어 회전력을 더욱 증대하며, 이에 따라 작은 사양의 도어클로저로 보다 큰 사양의 도어클로저를 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 도어의 닫힘력의 약화로 인한 도어의 미닫힘 현상을 용이하게 방지할 수 있는 등의 효과를 발휘한다.

The present invention relates to a door closer equipped with a closure force enhancer.
