According to the present invention, a combustion additive to protect the inside fluidized bed boiler that uses coal and biomass as a fuel and the tube surface thereof from slagging or fouling is an anti-slagging or anti-fouling combustion additive to prevent slag formed on the inside of the boiler, heating surface, and a tube surface thereof, comprising pretreated halloysite powder, which is manufactured by immersing kaolin raw ore having a halloysite crystal structure in an aqueous solution of sodium alginate to which methacryloyl propyltrimethoxysilane is added, and then drying and pulverizing the same.
본 발명에 따른 석탄 및 바이오메스를 연료로 사용하는 유동층 보일러 내부 및 튜브표면 슬래깅(Slagging) 또는 파울링(Fouling) 현상 억제용 연소 첨가제는 보일러 내부와 전열면, 튜브표면에 발생하는 슬래그를 방지하기 위한 슬래깅(Slagging) 또는 파울링(Fouling) 현상 억제용 연소 첨가제로서, 할로이사이트 결정구조를 가지는 고령토원광을 메타크릴로일프로필트트리메톡시실란이 첨가된 알길산 나트륨 수용액에 침지한 다음 건조한 후 분쇄함으로써 제조되는 전처리된 할로이사이트 분말을 포함한다.
