INSTALLATION ASSEMBLY FOR DIGITAL DOOR LOCK
The present invention discloses an installation assembly of a digital door lock reinforcing a dead bolt extraction surface of a door lock case by extending a reinforcement plate in the vertical direction to one side of an installation bracket made of a metal material, and ensuring durability and security reliability without having a separate metal reinforcement frame inside a plastic door lock case. The present invention comprises: a door lock case provided with an edge bolt and a dead bolt and made of a plastic resin material; and an installation bracket that includes a cover plate mounted to cover an entire open side of the door lock case and fixed to a door with bolts, and a reinforcing plate extending in the vertical direction form one side of the cover plate, formed with a plurality of through-holes through which the edge bolt and the dead bolt pass, and made of a metal material.
본 발명은 플라스틱 재질의 도어락 케이스의 내부에 별도의 금속 보강 프레임을 구비하지 않고도 내구성과 보안 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 디지털 도어락의 설치조립체를 개시한다. 본 발명은 에지볼트와 데드볼트가 구비되고 플라스틱 수지의 재질로 이루어진 도어락 케이스; 및 상기 도어락 케이스의 개방된 일측면의 전체를 덮도록 장착되며 상기 도어에 볼트로 고정되는 커버 플레이트와, 상기 커버 플레이트의 일측변에서 수직방향으로 연장되고 상기 에지볼트와 상기 데드볼트가 관통되는 복수 관통공이 형성되며 금속재질로 이루어진 보강 플레이트를 구비한 설치 브라켓을 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
