In accordance with the present invention, provided is a no-support deck plate structure for a long span. The no-support deck plate structure includes: two beam molds (GF) installed to be spaced apart from each other; two thrust prevention bars (200) installed on the top of the two beam molds (GF) to be opposed to each other; a supporter (300) installed by connecting the two thrust prevention bars (200) with each other; a deck (100) having both ends supported on the two thrust prevention bars (200) to be installed in an arch form; and concrete (C) placed and curved in the beam molds (GF) and in an upper part of the deck (100) after the placement of rebars (not shown), wherein the deck (100) replaces a slab mold to obviate the need for a slab mold temporary-installation post which is vertically installed. Therefore, the present invention is capable of enabling installation with personnel by lowering a material load through an efficient structure.
본 발명은 상호간에 이격되어 설치되는 2개의 보거푸집(GF); 상기 2개의 보거푸집(GF) 상단에 마주보도록 설치되는 2개의 추력방지대(200); 상기 2개의 추력방지대(200) 상호간을 연결하여 설치되는 지지대(300); 양단을 상기 2개의 추력방지대(200)에 지지하여 아치형으로 설치되는 데크(100); 철근(미도시) 배근 후 상기 보거푸집(GF) 내부와 상기 데크(100) 상부에 타설되고 양생되는 콘크리트(C); 를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 데크(100)가 슬래브 거푸집을 대체하여 수직으로 설치되는 슬래브 거푸집 가설지주가 필요 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 장스팬용 무지보 데크플레이트 구조를 제공한다.

In accordance with the present invention, provided is a no-support deck plate structure for a long span.
