Manufacturing method of quilting cloth using pottery chip and quilting wear using it
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a quilting textile using ceramic chips including a carbon layer, which provides sterilization and deodorization functions, and quilting clothes using the same. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: sequentially overlapping an outer fabric, a first non-woven fabric, quilting chips, a second non-woven fabric, and an inner fabric, wherein the quilting chips are arranged and overlapped according to a sewing pattern; sewing the overlapped outer fabric, first non-woven fabric, quilting chips, second non-woven fabric, and inner fabric in a first direction, wherein back-stitching is performed at predetermined intervals; and sewing the overlapped outer fabric, first non-woven fabric, quilting chips, second non-woven fabric, and inner fabric in a second direction, wherein back-stitching is performed at predetermined intervals. The quilting chips are manufactured by molding a ceramic material formed by mixing loess clay, clay, and elvan in a predetermined ratio and forming a carbon layer formed inside the ceramic material.
본 발명은 탄소층을 포함한 도자칩을 이용한 누빔 원단 제조 방법과 이를 이용한 누빔 의류에 관한 것으로서, 외피용 원단, 제 1 부직포, 누빔용 칩, 제 2 부직포 및 내피용 원단을 순차적으로 중첩시키되, 상기 누빔용 칩이 재봉 패턴에 맞춰서 배치되어 중첩되는 단계와, 상기 중첩된 외피용 원단, 제 1 부직포, 누빔용 칩, 제 2 부직포 및 내피용 원단을 제 1 방향으로 재봉하되, 소정 간격으로 되박기를 수행하는 단계와, 상기 중첩된 외피용 원단, 제 1 부직포, 누빔용 칩, 제 2 부직포 및 내피용 원단을 제 2 방향으로 재봉하되, 소정 간격으로 되박기를 수행하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 누빔용 칩은, 황토, 점토 및 맥반석을 일정 비율로 혼합하여 형성된 도자 재질과 상기 도자 재질의 내부에 형성된 탄소층으로 구성된 도자칩을 성형하여 생성되는 도자칩을 이용한 누빔 원단의 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
