The door handle, the elevator button sterilization and the door lock apparatus comprise: sterilization and locking objects (door handle and elevator button); an ultraviolet sterilization device installed at an interval of 4 mm or less from the sterilization and locking object; and an actuating device for rotating or moving the UV sterilization device with respect to the sterilization and locking object, in which the actuating device includes an up and down movement button touched with a foot, a motor operated by the up and down movement button, and a movable body that moves up and down by the motor.
