FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY FOR EASY CONSTRUCTION
The present invention relates to an exterior panel assembly for facilitating construction. To this end, the exterior panel assembly for facilitating construction comprises: a plurality of pieces of support hardware vertically fixed on an outer wall of a building at regular intervals; a plurality of waterproof plates arranged on the support hardware in a grid structure, fixed on the support hardware, and provided with connection units formed upwards on both ends thereof; and an exterior panel having a pentahedral shape to form a space therein, wherein an opened surface thereof is fixed on a surface of each waterproof plate to protrude to the outer wall of the building. Each waterproof plate is tightly installed on the connection units of horizontally adjacent waterproof plates. In the vertical direction, a lower portion of a waterproof plate arranged above is installed on an upper portion of a waterproof plate arranged below to be partially overlapped to prevent the inflow of rainwater. A finishing pipe with a partially opened coupling surface is coupled to two connection units tightly attached to each other to perform waterproofing without separate silicon work.
본 발명은 시공이 용이한 외장패널 조립체에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 건물 외벽에 일정 간격을 두고 수직방향으로 고정되는 다수의 지지철물;과, 상기 각 지지철물에 격자구조로 다수 배치되되, 양측이 상기 각 지지철물에 고정되고 양단에는 상향으로 절곡된 연결부가 형성되는 다수의 방수플레이트; 및 내부에 공간부를 형성할 수 있도록 5면체의 형태를 취하며, 개방면이 상기 각 방수플레이트의 면상에 고정되어 건물 외벽으로 돌출되는 외장패널;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 각 방수플레이트는 연결부가 수평방향으로 인접한 방수플레이트의 연결부와 밀착되어 연설되고, 수직방향으로는 상부에 배치된 방수플레이트의 하부가, 하부에 배치된 방수플레이트의 상부에 부분 중첩되게 연설되어 빗물의 유입을 방지할 수 있고, 상호 간 밀착되는 2개의 연결부에는 결합면이 부분 개방된 마감파이프가 결합되어 별도의 실리콘 작업 없이 방수처리할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
