2 2-WAY PRECAST PANNEL AND STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
Disclosed are a two-way precast panel structure which can reduce the weight thereof by using a grid-shaped reinforcing material capable of securing horizontal and vertical bending stiffness with a hollow space and secure constructability by facilitating vertical and left and right connection installation, and a structure construction method using the same. The two-way precast panel structure comprises: a reinforced concrete panel structure exposing square pipes of a grid-shaped square pipe structure buried in the upper and lower surfaces thereof, and having a socket connection unit (S2) having a socket space formed by connection flanges separated from each other and formed on both ends thereof; a block for a hollow space fixed and installed on a stopping plate formed on an edge of an insertion space (S3) of the grid-shaped square pipe structure buried and formed on the reinforced concrete panel structure; and the grid-shaped square pipe structure forming square pipes in a grid shape to form the insertion space (S3), and buried and formed on the reinforced concrete panel structure.
중공부와 함께 수평 및 수직방향 휨강성을 확보할 수 있는 격자형 보강재를 이용함으로서 자중을 감소시킬 수 있으며 상하 및 좌우 연결 설치가 용이하여 시공성을 확보할 수 있는 2방향 프리캐스트 패널구조체 및 이를 이용한 구조물 시공방법이 개시되며 상기 2방향 프리캐스트 패널구조체는 상면 및 저면에 매립된 격자형 각관구조체의 각관이 노출되며, 양 단부에 서로 이격된 연결플랜지에 의하여 소켓공간이 형성되는 소켓연결부(S2)가 형성된 철근콘크리트 패널구조체; 상기 철근콘크리트 패널구조체에 매립 형성된 격자형 각관구조체의 끼움공간(S3) 모서리에 형성된 걸림판에 고정 설치된 중공용블록; 및 각관을 격자형으로 형성시켜 끼움공간(S3)이 형성되도록 하되, 상기 철근콘크리트 패널구조체에 매립 형성된 격자형 각관구조체;을 포함한다.
