본 발명은 구동부가 개선된 수직순환식 주차장치에 관한 것으로써, 특히 피구동부(메인체인)와 직접 접촉되어 마모가 진행되는 구동로터의 접촉부를 부분적으로 교체가능하도록 하고, 또한 구동로터와 메인체인의 면접촉 압력을 낮춰서 접촉부의 수명을 연장할 수 있도록 한 구동부가 개선된 수직순환식 주차장치에 관한 것이다.
