Mortar composition using ash generated after incineration of household waste
The present invention provides a mortar composition using ash generated after incineration of household waste to reduce waste treatment cost. According to the present invention, the mortar composition comprises: 25 to 35 wt% of cement; 5 to 20 wt% of bottom ash: 32 to 45 wt% of fine aggregate; and 22 to 35 wt% of water, wherein the bottom ash is ash generated after incineration of household waste. The bottom ash is manufactured by performing: a sieving step of adjusting the size of the bottom ash by sieving through a 10 mm sieve for a sieve test; a water washing step of washing the bottom ash passing through the 10 mm sieve with water; a desalination step of removing salt by immersing the bottom ash in water at 25℃ or higher for 1 to 7 days; and a drying step of drying for 24 hours or more in a dryer at 90 to 100℃. Since the bottom ash includes many impurities remaining from household waste, the impurities should be weighed in a state suitable for the mortar composition. In particular, since food-related waste contains salt, it is important to remove the salt to increase the condition of ash.
본 발명의 몰탈 조성물은 시멘트 25 ~ 35 중량%; 바텀애시 5 ~ 20 중량%: 잔골재 32 ~ 45 준량%; 물 22 ~ 35 중량%;를 포함하되, 바텀애시는 생활 쓰레기 소각 후 발생되는 애시를 사용한다. 바텀애시는 체가름 시험용 10mm 체로 걸러 크기를 조절하는 체가름 단계; 10mm 체를 통과한 바텀애시를 물로 세척하는 물세척 단계; 25℃ 이상의 물에 1일 ~ 7일 동안 침지시켜 염분을 제거하는 염분제거 단계; 90~100℃ 건조기에서 24시간 이상 건조시키는 건조단계;를 포함하는 공정으로 생산된 것이 바람직하다. 바텀애시에는 생활 쓰레기로 부터 잔존하는 많은 불순물이 존재한다. 따라서 많은 불순물들을 몰탈 조성물에 적합한 상태로 계량해야 한다. 특히 음식물과 관련된 쓰레기 들은 염분을 함유하고 있기 때문에 염분을 제거하여 애시의 상태를 개선하는 것이 중요하다.
