Construction exterior panel and producing forming mold thereof
The present invention relates to an exterior construction panel with an improved thermal insulation function, constructed on the exterior wall of a building to further improve an indoor thermal insulation effect and to a forming frame for manufacturing the same. More specifically described, the present invention relates to an exterior construction panel with an improved thermal insulation function, which blocks introduction of external cold air into the room to improve the thermal insulation effect by performing construction such that exterior panels constructed on the exterior wall of a building in a traverse and longitudinal direction are overlapped with each other and to a forming frame for manufacturing the same. The overall configuration of the present invention comprises: a square shaped frame having an accommodation unit for inputting a thermal insulation member therein and having marble patterns formed on the front surface; the thermal insulation member inserted into the accommodation unit to be bonded on the inner side of the frame; an exterior panel including a substrate bonding the thermal insulation member on the upper surface such that an L-shaped junction portion is formed to couple the thermal insulation member to other thermal insulation members on the upper and the lower surface in an overlapping manner; and a lower bracket and an upper bracket, which are fixing means, used for installing the external panel on the exterior wall of the building.
본 발명은 건물의 외벽에 시공되어 실내의 단열효과를 가일층 향상시킬수 있는 단열기능을 향상시킨 건축외장패널 및 이를 제작하기 위한 성형틀에 관한 것으로서, 이를 좀더 구체적으로 설명하면, 건물외벽에 횡과 종방향으로 시공되는 외장패널을 서로 중첩되도록 시공하여 외부의 차가운 공기가 실내로 유입되는 것을 차단하여 단열효과를 향상시킬수 있는 단열기능을 향상시킨 건축외장패널 및 이를 제작하기 위한 성형틀에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 전체적인 구성은 내측에 단열부재를 넣기위한 수용부가 형성되고 전면에 대리석문양이 형성된 정방형상의 프레임과; 상기 수용부에 삽입되어 상기 프레임의 내측에 접합되는 단열부재와; 상기 단열부재를 상,하면에 다른 단열부재를 중첩되게 결합하기 위한 “ㄱ”형상의 접합부가 형성되도록 상기 단열부재를 상면에 접합시키는 기판을 포함하는 외장패널과; 상기 외장패널을 고정수단인 하부브라켓트와 상부브라켓트을 이용하여 건물의 외벽에 설치하는 구성으로 이루어진 것이다.

본 발명은 건물의 외벽에 시공되어 실내의 단열효과를 가일층 향상시킬수 있는 단열기능을 향상시킨 건축외장패널 및 이를 제작하기 위한 성형틀에 관한 것으로서, 이를 좀더 구체적으로 설명하면, 건물외벽에 횡과 종방향으로 시공되는 외장패널을 서로 중첩되도록 시공하여 외부의 차가운 공기가 실내로 유입되는 것을 차단하여 단열효과를 향상시킬수 있는 단열기능을 향상시킨 건축외장패널 및 이를 제작하기 위한 성형틀에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 전체적인 구성은 내측에 단열부재를 넣기위한 수용부가 형성되고 전면에 대리석문양이 형성된 정방형상의 프레임과; 상기 수용부에 삽입되어 상기 프레임의 내측에 접합되는 단열부재와; 상기 단열부재를 상,하면에 다른 단열부재를 중첩되게 결합하기 위한 “ㄱ”형상의 접합부가 형성되도록 상기 단열부재를 상면에 접합시키는 기판을 포함하는 외장패널과; 상기 외장패널을 고정수단인 하부브라켓트와 상부브라켓트을 이용하여 건물의 외벽에 설치하는 구성으로 이루어진 것이다.
