NON-FLAMMABLE AND SOUND-ABSORBING PANEL
The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing nonflammable panel and, more specifically, to a sound-absorbing nonflammable panel which affixes quasi-noncombustible fabric and perforation for sound absorption to the surface of a plaster board which is a nonflammable material to improve nonflammability, sound absorption, and sound insulation, shows a color or a design on the surface of the quasi-noncombustible fabric to become an inner wall finishing material, and coats liquid antibacterial chemicals on the surface of the quasi-noncombustible fabric to provide an antibacterial effect. The present invention has the following effects. According to the present invention, the sound-absorbing nonflammable panel has fire resistance for safety against fire and also has sound absorption and sound insulation properties to allow the value and functions to be recognized in various places such as education facilities and assembly facilities, and facilitates construction, maintenance, and repair in comparison to other conventional finishing materials to have economic and practical advantages. The present invention also has an eco-friendly sanitation effect required for multi-use facilities by various antibacterial treatments of the surface of the finishing material.
본 발명은 불연흡음패널에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 불연재인 석고보드 표면에 흡음을 위한 타공과 준불연 패브릭을 접착함으로써 불연성 및 흡음.차음성을 향상시키고, 준불연 패브릭 표면에 색상 또는 무늬를 나타냄으로써 그 자체로 실내벽 마감재가 되도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 준불연 패브릭 표면에 액상의 향균약제를 도포함으로써 향균효과도 발휘되도록 하는 불연흡음패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 다음과 같은 효과를 발휘한다. 즉, 발명에 따른 불연흡음패널은 화재에 안전한 내화성을 가지는 동시에 흡음.차음성을 겸비하여 교육시설,집회시설 등 다양한 장소에서 그 가치와 기능을 인정받을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 기존의 타 마감재보다 시공과 유지보수 용이하여 경제적, 실용적 이점을 가질수 있다. 또한 마감재 표면의 다양한 향균처리로 인하여 다중이용시설에 필요한 친환경 위생 보건효과도 동시에 겸할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
