CONCRETE COMPOSITION CONTAINING BLAST FURNANCE AIR-COOLED SLAG AND MAKING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a concrete composition containing air-cooled blast furnace slag, which includes: 130 to 140 parts by weight of coarse aggregate; 80 to 90 parts by weight of fine aggregate; 30 to 40 parts by weight of cement; and 150 to 200 parts by weight of mixing water. With respect to 100 parts by weight of the coarse aggregate, 50 to 100 parts by weight of air-cooled blast furnace slag is included. Therefore, the concrete composition is more environmentally friendly and economical by replacing natural aggregate with air-cooled blast furnace slag, which is a by-product of steelmaking, and can alleviate the difficulty of supply and demand of aggregate since air-cooled blast furnace slag can exhibit properties corresponding to natural aggregate.
본 발명은 굵은골재 130 내지 140 중량부; 잔골재 80 내지 90 중량부; 시멘트 30 내지 40 중량부; 및 배합수 150 내지 200 중량부를 포함하고, 상기 굵은골재 100 중량부 중 고로괴재슬래그가 50 내지 100 중량부로 포함되는 고로괴재슬래그를 함유하는 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 따라서, 천연골재를 제철부산물인 고로괴재슬래그로 대체하여 보다 환경 친화적이고 경제적이며, 천연골재에 상응하는 물성을 나타낼 수 있기 때문에 골재수급난을 완화시킬 수 있다.
