Injectable prefabricated structure for underwater concrete structure repair
The present invention relates to an injectable prefabricated structure for underwater concrete structure repair, which is repaired by injecting a mortar composition between module supports and an underwater concrete structure by surrounding the outer side of the underwater concrete structure by coupling the module supports thereto, and has increased durability and assembly convenience compared to the existing repair and reinforcement method, while quickly repairing and reinforcing the underwater concrete structure by connecting and coupling a plurality of module supports. The module supports include: an accommodating member including a first body having a quadrangular plate shape, and accommodating parts protruding outwardly along the perimeter of the first body, having open outer ends, and having an insertion groove formed thereon; an insertion member including a second body having a quadrangular plate shape, and an insertion hole extending outwardly along the perimeter of the second body, and fitted on the insertion groove; and a fastener for fastening and fixing the insertion hole and the insertion groove by penetrating through the insertion hole while the insertion hole is fitted on the insertion groove. The accommodating member and the insertion member are alternately arranged. The edges of the accommodating parts are cut diagonally to form cut surfaces. The cut surfaces positioned adjacently on a diagonal are in close contact with each other to prevent leakage of the mortar composition.
모듈지지체를 결합시켜 수중 콘크리트 구조물의 외측을 감싸서 사이로 몰타르 조성물을 주입하여 보수를 진행하는 수중 콘크리트 구조물 보수용 조성물 주입 조립식 구조체에 있어서, 모듈지지체를 복수로 연결 및 결합시켜 수중 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 및 보강을 신속하게 시공하면서 기존의 보수, 보강 공법에 비해 우수한 내구성 및 조립 편의성을 가지게 하는 수중 콘크리트 구조물 보수용 조성물 주입 조립식 구조체에 관한 것이다. 상기 모듈지지체는, 사각 판상의 제1몸체와 상기 제1몸체 둘레변을 따라 외측으로 돌출형성되며, 외측 단부가 개방되고 내부에 삽입홈이 형성되는 수용구를 포함하여 이루어지는 수용부재; 사각 판상의 제2몸체와 상기 제2몸체 둘레변을 따라 외측으로 연장형성되며, 상기 삽입홈에 삽입되는 삽입구를 포함하여 이루어지는 삽입부재; 상기 삽입홈에 상기 삽입구가 삽입된 상태에서 관통하여 체결 고정시키는 체결구;를 포함하고, 상기 수용부재와 상기 삽입부재는 교번되게 배치되며, 상기 수용구의 모서리는 사선으로 절개되어 절개면이 형성되고, 대각선 상에 인접하게 위치되는 상기 절개면이 서로 밀접하게 접촉되어 상기 몰타르 조성물의 누출을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an injectable prefabricated structure for underwater concrete structure repair, which is repaired by injecting a mortar composition between module supports and an underwater concrete structure by surrounding the outer side of the underwater concrete structure by coupling the module supports thereto, and has increased durability and assembly convenience compared to the existing repair and reinforcement method, while quickly repairing and reinforcing the underwater concrete structure by connecting and coupling a plurality of module supports. The module supports include: an accommodating member including a first body having a quadrangular plate shape, and accommodating parts protruding outwardly along the perimeter of the first body, having open outer ends, and having an insertion groove formed thereon; an insertion member including a second body having a quadrangular plate shape, and an insertion hole extending outwardly along the perimeter of the second body, and fitted on the insertion groove; and a fastener for fastening and fixing the insertion hole and the insertion groove by penetrating through the insertion hole while the insertion hole is fitted on the insertion groove. The accommodating member and the insertion member are alternately arranged. The edges of the accommodating parts are cut diagonally to form cut surfaces. The cut surfaces positioned adjacently on a diagonal are in close contact with each other to prevent leakage of the mortar composition.
