The present invention relates to a hinge for a console lid knob of a vehicle and, more specifically, to a hinge for a console lid knob of a vehicle, capable of enabling a hinge to keep a hook combined with a housing to be rotatable around the hinge by inserting the hinge through a pin insertion hole formed on the housing and a hinge through hole formed on the hook. According to the present invention, an upper part of a hook shaft (310) of a hook (300) is inserted into a hook insertion hole (210) of a housing (200) installed to be fixed to the front of a lower part of a console lid (400) such that the center of a hinge through hole (311) and the center of a pin insertion hole (220) can be matched, and a hinge (100) is inserted through the pin insertion hole (220) so as to penetrate the hook insertion hole (210) in which the hook shaft (310) of the hook (300) is inserted, and the hinge through hole (311) formed on the hook shaft (310). An insertion part (110) inserted through the pin insertion hole (220) penetrating the center of the hinge through hole (311) and both left and right walls of the hook insertion hole (210) is formed on one side of the hinge (100). Moreover, a protrusion (120) is formed at the other end part in which the insertion part (110) is formed on one side to be projected outward, and a tension groove (130) is formed to be cut open on the other side of the insertion part (110) from which the protrusion (120) is positioned.
본 발명은 자동차의 콘솔리드 노브용 힌지에 관한 것으로서, 더욱더 상세하게는 하우징에 형성된 핀삽입공과 후크에 형성된 힌지통과공을 관통하도록 힌지가 삽입되는 것에 의해 상기 힌지에 의해 후크가 하우징에 힌지를 중심으로 회전가능하게 결합된 상태가 유지되도록 하는 것이다. 본 발명은 콘솔리드(400)의 하부 전면에 고정되게 설치되는 하우징(200)의 후크삽입공(210)에 힌지통과공(311)의 중심과 핀삽입공(220)의 중심이 일치되도록 후크(300)의 후크축(310) 상부가 삽입되고, 상기 후크(300)의 후크축(310) 상부가 삽입된 후크삽입공(210)과 후크축(310)에 형성된 힌지통과공(311)을 관통하도록 핀삽입공(220)을 통해 삽입이 이루어지는 힌지(100)에 있어서, 상기 힌지(100)의 일측부에 힌지통과공(311)의 중심과 후크삽입공(210)의 좌우 양측 벽면에 관통되어 형성된 핀삽입공(220)을 관통하며 삽입되는 삽입부(110)가 일측부에 형성되고, 상기 삽입부(110)가 일측부에 형성된 타측단부에는 걸림턱(120)이 외측으로 돌출되게 형성되며, 상기 걸림턱(120)이 형성된 삽입부(110)의 타측부에는 텐션홈(130)이 절개되어 형성되는 것에 의해 달성된다.
The present invention relates to a hinge for a console lid knob of a vehicle and, more specifically, to a hinge for a console lid knob of a vehicle, capable of enabling a hinge to keep a hook combined with a housing to be rotatable around the hinge by inserting the hinge through a pin insertion hole formed on the housing and a hinge through hole formed on the hook.
