The present invention relates to a fiber-reinforced composite insulation panel, which can be attached to inner and outer walls of a building to form the finished base surface with a heat insulation and sound insulation performance or to form a self-propelled non-bearing wall which divides an interior space of a building. The fiber-reinforced composite insulation panel of the present invention comprises: an insulating material; and a mortar mixed in a certain ratio and applied to one or both sides of the insulating material. The certain ratio of the mortar includes: 45-50 parts by weight of cement; 36.9 to 42 parts by weight of silica sand; 9 to 12 parts by weight of an acrylic emulsion; 0.1 to 0.2 parts by weight of short cellulosic or polypropylene fibers having a length of equal to or less than 20 mm; and 4 to 5 parts by weight of other additives.
본 고안은 건축물의 내외벽에 부착되어 단열과 차음 성능을 가진 마감바탕면을 형성하거나 건축물의 내부 공간을 구획하는 자주식 비내력벽체를 형성할 수 있는 섬유강화 복합단열패널에 관한 것으로, 단열재와, 시멘트 45 ~ 50 중량부, 규사 36.9 ~ 42 중량부, 아크릴 에멀젼 9 ~ 12 중량부, 길이 20mm 이하의 셀룰로오스계 또는 폴리프로필렌 단섬유 0.1 ~ 0.2 중량부 및 기타 첨가제 4 ~ 5 중량부의 비율로 혼합되어 단열재의 일측면 또는 양측면에 도포되는 몰탈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
