INDUCTION HEATING APPARATUS
An induction heating apparatus is disclosed. The disclosed induction heating apparatus includes: a cooking plate on which a cooking vessel is mounted; and a plurality of induction heating coils which are installed under the cooking plate and are configured to generate a magnetic field. The cooking plate includes: a sintered ceramic plate; and a reinforcing material layer which is disposed on a lower surface of the sintered ceramic plate and is made of fabric woven with industrial fibers and a polyimide resin.
유도 가열 장치가 개시된다. 개시된 유도 가열 장치는 조리 용기가 안착되는 쿠킹 플레이트; 및 쿠킹 플레이트의 아래에 설치되어, 자기장을 생성하도록 구성되는 복수의 유도 가열 코일; 을 포함하고, 쿠킹 플레이트는 소결 세라믹 판재; 및 소결 세라믹 판재의 하면에 배치되고, 산업용 섬유로 직조된 원단과 폴리아미드계 수지(Polyimide resin)로 마련되는 보강재 층;을 포함한다.
