The present invention relates to a device for coating a TPS spacer in double-layer glass. The device for coating a TPS spacer in double-layer glass comprises: a nozzle body having a first TPS supply flow path in a rectilinear direction therein; a nozzle head installed on the nozzle body to be able to be attached and detached, having a second TPS supply flow path, which communicates with the first TPS supply flow path, formed, and having a TPS discharge hole with a determined width formed at one side; a gearbox installed and fixed to an end at one side of the nozzle body, having a rotational axis and a pinion gear installed thereon, and having a slide groove formed in a rectilinear direction therein; a rack gear toothing the pinion gear installed on the gearbox to move in a straight line along the slide groove; and a slide opening and closing part combined with the rack gear to be able to be attached and detached and opening and closing the discharge hole of the nozzle head by sliding along the guide groove of the nozzle head while interlocking with the rack gear. Therefore, provided is a device for coating a TPS spacer in double-layer glass, wherein workability can be improved greatly to enhance productivity.
본 발명은 복층유리의 티피에스 간봉 도포장치에 관한 것으로서, 복층유리의 티피에스 간봉 도포장치는 내부에 직선 방향으로 제1 티피에스 공급 유로가 형성된 노즐 몸체; 상기 노즐 몸체와 착탈 가능하게 설치되고 제1 티피에스 공급 유로와 연통되는 제2 티피에스 공급 유로가 형성되며 일 측에 일정 너비의 티피에스 토출구가 형성된 노즐 헤드; 상기 노즐 몸체의 일측 단에 고정되게 설치되되, 회전 축 및 피니언 기어가 설치되고 내부에 직선 방향으로 슬라이드 홈이 형성된 기어박스; 상기 기어박스에 설치된 피니언 기어와 치합되어 슬라이드 홈 상을 따라 직선 이동이 이루어지는 랙 기어; 및 상기 랙 기어와 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 랙 기어와 연동하면서 상기 노즐 헤드의 가이드 홈을 따라 슬라이드되면서 노즐 헤드의 토출구를 개폐시키는 슬라이드 개폐부를 포함한다.
