Preparation of ceramic scaffolds with improved strength and gyroid structure through pore structure control
The present invention relates to a technology for manufacturing a ceramic scaffold having a gyroid structure with enhanced strength through control of a pore structure stretched in one axial direction, and more specifically, to a low-viscosity photo-curable ceramic slurry composition capable of applied to a ceramic-based 3D printing technology by optimizing the types and contents of a photo-curable monomer, ceramic powder, a diluent, a dispersant, and a photo-curable initiator.
본 발명은 일축방향으로 인장된 기공 구조 제어를 통한 강도 증진된 자이로이드 구조의 세라믹 스캐폴드 제조 기술에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 광경화성 단량체, 세라믹 분말, 희석제, 분산제 및 광경화 개시제의 종류 및 함량을 최적화하여, 세라믹 기반 3D 프린팅 기술에 적용 가능하며 저점도의 광경화성 세라믹 슬러리 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
