3 Efficient 3-door folding door sliding device
The present invention relates to an efficient sliding transfer device for a tri-fold door, and in particular, to an efficient sliding transfer device for a tri-fold door, which enables the tri-fold door to move smoothly in a sliding mode, has a function of adjusting gaps to allow fine adjustment, and is composed of a simplified assembly structure to enhance assemblability. The efficient sliding transfer device for a tri-fold door according to the present invention comprises: a guide panel installed and fixed to an upper part of a door frame; and first, second, and third transfer devices installed in a lower part of the guide panel to move along guide holes in the guide panel. In addition, the first transfer device includes a body unit composed of a horizontal support and a vertical support and a device joint unit in a shape of a rectangular panel joined to both sides of the body unit to have bolts for gap adjustment joined to both sides thereof and holes for inserting door pins, wherein the device joint unit includes a roller for sliding transfer installed on a joined surface of the body unit, a roller for guiding a rope, which winds up a rope on an outer circumference to guide transfer, and a stopper in a U-shaped form installed at an outer side of the guiding roller, which also functions to accommodate the rollers. The second transfer device is connected to one end of the rope on the first transfer device and the third transfer device is connected to the other end of the rope on the first transfer device.
본 발명은 효율적인 3도어 접철문 슬라이드식 이동장치에 있어서, 특히 접철문이 슬라이드 방식으로 원할하게 이동되고 아울러 간극조절 기능을 더 갖도록하여 미세조정이 가능하며, 조립구조를 단순화시켜 조립성을 높이도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 효율적인 3도어 접철문 슬라이드식 이동장치에 관한 것으로, 문틀의 상부에 고정 설치되는 가이드 패널과, 가이드 패널의 하부에 설치되어 가이드 패널의 가이드홀을 따라서 유동되도록 제 1 이동장치와 제 2 이동장치 및 제 3 이동장치로 이루어지고; 상기 제 1 이동장치는 수평지지대 및 수직 지지대로 이루어지는 몸체부 및, 상기 몸체부의 양측에 결합되고 양사이드에 간극조절용 볼트를 결합하며 도어핀 삽입용 홀을 형성한 사각 패널 형태의 장치 결합부로 이루어지고, 상기 장치 결합부는 몸체부 결합면에 설치되는 슬라이딩 이송용 롤러와, 외주연에 로프를 감싸 이송을 가이드하는 로프 가이드용 롤러와, 가이드용 롤러의 외측에 설치되는 유(U)자 형태의 롤러 수납 겸용 스토퍼가 설치되어 이루어지며; 상기 제 2 이동장치는 제 1 이동장치의 로프 일단을 결합하여 이루어지고; 제 3 이동장치는 제 1 이동장치의 로프 타단에 결합하여 이루어지는 것이 특징이다.
3 Efficient 3-door folding door sliding device
The present invention relates to an efficient sliding transfer device for a tri-fold door, and in particular, to an efficient sliding transfer device for a tri-fold door, which enables the tri-fold door to move smoothly in a sliding mode, has a function of adjusting gaps to allow fine adjustment, and is composed of a simplified assembly structure to enhance assemblability. The efficient sliding transfer device for a tri-fold door according to the present invention comprises: a guide panel installed and fixed to an upper part of a door frame; and first, second, and third transfer devices installed in a lower part of the guide panel to move along guide holes in the guide panel. In addition, the first transfer device includes a body unit composed of a horizontal support and a vertical support and a device joint unit in a shape of a rectangular panel joined to both sides of the body unit to have bolts for gap adjustment joined to both sides thereof and holes for inserting door pins, wherein the device joint unit includes a roller for sliding transfer installed on a joined surface of the body unit, a roller for guiding a rope, which winds up a rope on an outer circumference to guide transfer, and a stopper in a U-shaped form installed at an outer side of the guiding roller, which also functions to accommodate the rollers. The second transfer device is connected to one end of the rope on the first transfer device and the third transfer device is connected to the other end of the rope on the first transfer device.
본 발명은 효율적인 3도어 접철문 슬라이드식 이동장치에 있어서, 특히 접철문이 슬라이드 방식으로 원할하게 이동되고 아울러 간극조절 기능을 더 갖도록하여 미세조정이 가능하며, 조립구조를 단순화시켜 조립성을 높이도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 효율적인 3도어 접철문 슬라이드식 이동장치에 관한 것으로, 문틀의 상부에 고정 설치되는 가이드 패널과, 가이드 패널의 하부에 설치되어 가이드 패널의 가이드홀을 따라서 유동되도록 제 1 이동장치와 제 2 이동장치 및 제 3 이동장치로 이루어지고; 상기 제 1 이동장치는 수평지지대 및 수직 지지대로 이루어지는 몸체부 및, 상기 몸체부의 양측에 결합되고 양사이드에 간극조절용 볼트를 결합하며 도어핀 삽입용 홀을 형성한 사각 패널 형태의 장치 결합부로 이루어지고, 상기 장치 결합부는 몸체부 결합면에 설치되는 슬라이딩 이송용 롤러와, 외주연에 로프를 감싸 이송을 가이드하는 로프 가이드용 롤러와, 가이드용 롤러의 외측에 설치되는 유(U)자 형태의 롤러 수납 겸용 스토퍼가 설치되어 이루어지며; 상기 제 2 이동장치는 제 1 이동장치의 로프 일단을 결합하여 이루어지고; 제 3 이동장치는 제 1 이동장치의 로프 타단에 결합하여 이루어지는 것이 특징이다.
