An objective of the present invention is to provide a hand catching prevention device for a hinged door comprising: a door attaching plate attached to a door by an attaching means; a door frame attaching plate attached to a door frame also by an attaching means; a first extension plate and a second extension plate formed on one side of the door attaching plate and the door frame attaching plate; a first cover plate and a second cover plate formed on one side of the first extension plate and the second extension plate to cover the gap between the door and the door frame; an elastic plate formed between the first cover plate and the second cover plate to bend a touching portion of the first cover plate and the second cover plate; and a connection member attached to one side of the door attaching plate, the door frame attaching plate, the first extension plate, the second extension plate, the first cover plate, and the second cover plate to allow free bending between the door attaching plate, the door frame attaching plate, the first extension plate, the second extension plate, the first cover plate, and the second cover plate. The present invention has the effect of covering the gap formed between a door and a door frame when opening a hinged door, allowing the hand catching prevention device to maintain the original shape while the door is closed to neatly cover the gap between the door and the door frame, and forming the elastic plate between the first cover plate and the second cover plate to prevent hand catching accidents to prevent a hand from being pressed while the elastic plate bends if a finger is caught to prevent accidents.

본 발명은 부착수단에 의해 문에 부착되는 문부착판과, 역시 부착수단에 의해 문틀에 부착되는 문틀부착판과, 상기 문부착판과 문틀부착판의 일측에 형성되는 제 1연장판과 제 2연장판, 상기 제 1연장판과 제 2연장판의 일측에 각각 형성되어 문과 문틀 사이를 커버하기 위한 제 1커버판과 제 2커버판, 상기 제 1커버판과 제 2커버판의 사이에 형성되어 제 1커버판과 제 2커버판의 맞닿은 부분이 휠 수 있도록 하기 위한 탄성판과, 상기 문부착판과 문틀부착판, 제 1연장판, 제 2연장판, 제 1커버판, 제 2커버판의 일측면에 부착되어 문부착판과 문틀부착판, 제 1연장판, 제 2연장판, 제 1커버판, 제 2커버판 사이의 자유로운 꺽임이 가능하도록 하기 위한 연결부재로 구성되는 여닫이문용 손끼임 방지장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 여닫이문의 오픈시 문과 문틀 사이에 형성되는 틈을 커버하되 문이 닫힌 상태에서 손끼임 방지장치가 제 형태를 유지하여 문과 문틀 사이를 깔끔하게 커버링하면서, 동시에 손끼임사고도 방지할 수 있도록 제1커버판과 제2커버판 사이에 탄성판을 형성하여 손가락이 끼는 경우 탄성판이 휘면서 손이 눌리지 않도록 하여 안전사고를 방지할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.
