The present invention provides a food waste disposer comprising: a crushing part combined below a drainage hole formed on a sink plate and crushing food inputted through the drainage hole; a churning part arranged below the crushing part, churning the crushed food and filtering foreign materials included in the churned food; and a treatment part arranged inside the churning part and heat-treating the churned food using heat. In addition, the present invention provides a food waste disposer comprising: a crushing part combined below an entrance part formed on a sink plate and crushing food inputted through the entrance part; a churning part arranged below the crushing part, churning the crushed food and filtering foreign materials included in the churned food; and a microbe supply part installed on the churning part and supplying microbes to the food being churned. Therefore, microbes are supplied into the main body of the food waste disposer to perform the disposal of food waste effectively.
