Control System of Construction Equipment according to Slope of Road
The present invention relates to construction equipment including a driving apparatus and a working apparatus and, more specifically, to construction equipment formed to control driving and work in accordance with various conditions such as an inclination angle of a slope and the like so as to prevent the construction equipment from overturning when moving into the slope while being driven. To achieve the purpose, in regard to the construction equipment including a boom and a bucket, when a measured road angle is no less than a set angle, a load in accordance with a heavy object loaded in the bucket is no less than a set load, and the boom is raised up to no less than horizontality, the operation of the boom is stopped and the driving is stopped, and, however, when the measured road angle is no less than the set angle, the load in accordance with the heavy object loaded in the bucket is no less than the set load, and the boom is dropped down to less than horizontality, the speed of the boom is reduced and the speed of driving is reduced.
본 발명은 주행장치와 작업장치를 구비한 건설장비에 관한 것으로서, 특히 건설장비가 주행 중에 경사지로 진입하였을 시 발생할 수 있는 전복 등의 위험을 방지할 수 있도록 경사지의 경사각도 등의 여러 조건에 따라 주행 및 작업을 제어할 수 있게 구성한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 붐과 버켓을 구비한 건설장비로서, 측정된 노면각도가 설정각도 이상이고 버켓에 적재한 중량물에 따른 부하가 설정부하 이상이며 붐이 수평 이상으로 올라가 있으면, 붐의 작동을 멈추며 주행을 정지하고, 측정된 노면각도가 설정각도 이상이고 버켓에 적재한 중량물에 따른 부하가 설정부하 이상이며 붐이 수평 아래로 내려가 있으면, 붐의 속도를 낮추고 주행속도를 낮추는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
