Safety lock for roll type insect screen
The present invention relates to a safety locking device for a roll-type screen. An objective of the present invention is to resolve the problem in which a conventional locking device is easily unlocked by an external force when fixing a blinder or a screen rolled to an upper portion in a roll form in a lowered state and the locking device must be replaced with a window frame when the locking device does not work. The safety locking device for a roll-type screen is mounted on the upper end of a window frame consisting of an upper frame, a lower frame, and two vertical frames vertically connecting both ends of the upper frame and the lower frame to lower a screen rolled in a roll form downwards to fix the lower end of the screen and comprises: a moving frame having a bar shape extended to be horizontally long, having a female dovetail groove extended to the left and right on the front surface thereof, and allowing the lower end of the screen to be fixed on the upper end thereof; a handle unit including a first guide protrusion of which the upper and lower ends of the rear side protrude to be stepped to be inserted and guided in the female dovetail groove; and two locking devices including a second guide protrusion of which the upper and lower ends of the rear side protrude to be stepped to be inserted and guided in the female dovetail groove. The safety locking device for a roll-type screen has a locking groove additionally formed to allow one end of the locking devices to be inserted and fixed therein when the screen is lowered close to the lower end of the vertical frames.
본 발명은 롤타입 방충망용 안전잠금장치에 관한 것으로서, 상부에 롤의 형태로 감겨진 방충망 또는 브라인더를 내린 상태에서 고정할 때 기존의 잠금장치가 외력에 의하여 쉽게 잠금이 해제되고 고장시 창틀까지 교체해야했던 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 개발된 것으로; 상부프레임과 하부프레임 및 그 양끝단을 수직으로 연결하는 두 개의 수직프레임으로 구성되는 창틀의 상단에 장착되어 롤 형식으로 말려있는 방충망을 아래로 내려 그 하단을 고정하도록 하는 롤타입 방충망용 안전잠금장치에 있어서; 수평으로 길게 연장된 바 형태를 가지고 정면에는 좌우로 연장되는 암 더브테일홈을 가지며 상기 방충망의 하단이 상단에 고정되는 이동프레임과; 배면의 상단과 하단은 단턱지게 돌출되어 상기 암 더브테일홈에 삽입 가이드되도록 하는 제1 가이드돌기를 포함 하는 손잡이부와; 배면의 상단과 하단은 단턱지게 돌출되어 상기 암 더브테일홈에 삽입 가이드되도록 하는 제2 가이드돌기를 포함 하는 두 개의 잠금장치를 구비하고; 상기 수직프레임의 하단에 인접하여 상기 방충망이 아래로 내려왔을 때 상기 잠금장치의 일단이 삽입 고정되도록 하는 잠금홈이 추가로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 롤타입 방충망용 안전잠금장치에 관한 것이다.
