METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HIGH-STRENTH CONCRETE MANHOLE FOR UNSTRUCTURED SPECIAL SPECIFICATION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high-strength concrete manhole for unstructured special specifications, which provides excellent compressive strength and bending strength. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises a total binder, including a binder and a mixing water, fine aggregate, and coarse aggregate. The weight ratio of total binder : fine aggregate: coarse aggregate is 32.5 to 40 : 20 to 30 : 30 to 37.5. The binder is 80 to 96 wt% of clinker including 4CaO·3Al _2O_3·SO_3 as a main component, 90 to 95 wt% of special cement containing 4 to 20 w% of type II anhydrite, and 5 to 10 wt% of silica fume. 20 parts by weight or less (excluding 0 parts by weight) is added with respect to 100 parts by weight of the binder.
본 실시예에 따른 비정형화된 특수 규격을 위한 고강도 콘크리트 맨홀의 제조방법은 결합재와 배합수를 포함하는 총결합재, 잔골재, 및 굵은골재를 포함하는 초고강도 콘크리트 맨홀용 조성물로서, 총결합재 : 잔골재 : 굵은골재의 중량비가 32.5∼40 : 20∼30 : 30∼37.5이고, 상기 결합재는 4CaO·3Al 2 O 3 ·SO 3 를 주성분으로 하는 클링커 80∼96중량% 및 Ⅱ형 무수석고 4~20중량%를 포함하는 특수시멘트 90∼95중량%, 및 실리카 흄 5~10중량%를 포함하고, 상기 결합재 100중량부에 대하여 20중량부 이하(0중량부 제외)의 배합수가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
