The present invention relates to a steel crossarm structure for an electric pole, wherein a neutral line of an underground cable and a ground wire of an arrester are connected to be integrated with an integrated line by a connection guiding unit inside the steel crossarm to prevent an electrical accident caused by a bird's nest The steel crossarm structure for the electric pole comprises: a band unit mounted to a perimeter surface of the electric pole; a supporting bracket formed protruding from the band unit; a steel crossarm coupled to an end portion of the supporting bracket to support the underground cable and the arrester; and a connection guiding unit formed in the steel crossarm and guiding the neutral line of the underground cable and the ground wire of the arrester to be connected to the integrated line wired from the electric pole inside the steel crossarm.
