According to the present invention, provided is a ball-combined road sight guidance device capable of reducing maintenance costs by preventing damage to a sight guidance rod in spite of a collision with a vehicle, and enabling a sight guidance function to continuously work by making a return to a vertical posture after the collision. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the ball-combined road sight guidance device includes: an embedded casing for guidance rod installation embedded and installed in the surface of a road; a pivot block having a dented spherical groove in the center of an upper part, having a lower compression spring accepting opening part opened to a lower part, and inserted and combined in the embedded casing for guidance rod installation; a hemispherical ball slidingly and spherically combined with the spherical groove to be pivoted; a sight guidance rod combined with the hemispherical ball to be inserted by a predetermined height; a lower compression spring housing installed on the center axis of the lower compression spring accepting opening part of the pivot block; a lower compression spring installed in the lower compression spring housing to produce an elastic rebounding force when compressed; a lower spring compression plate inserted into the lower compression spring housing to compress the lower compression spring; and a wire for spring compression having one end connected with the lower spring compression plate and having the other end connected to an upper part of the hemispherical ball to compress the lower compression spring when the sight guidance rod is bent back and rotated, and stopping the sight guidance rod on its original position with an elastic restoration force of the lower compression spring when the bending force of the sight guidance rod is removed.

본 발명은 차량과의 충돌에도 시선유도봉의 파손이 없도록 하여 유지 보수 비용이 절감되고, 충돌 후에는 수직 자세로 원상 복귀하여 시선유도 기능이 지속적으로 발휘되도록 한 볼 결합된 도로 시선 유도장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따르면, 도로의 노면에 매립 설치되는 유도봉 설치용 매립케이싱과; 상부 중앙에 오목한 구면홈을 갖고 하부로 개구된 하부압축스프링 수납개구부를 갖고 상기 유도봉 지지용 매립케이싱에 삽입 결합되어 있는 피봇블록과; 상기 구면홈에 슬라이딩 구면 결합되어 피봇 회전되는 반구형 볼과; 상기 반구형 볼에 결합되어 일정 높이로 입설되어 있는 시선유도봉과; 상기 피봇블록의 하부압축스프링 수납개구부 중심축상에 설치되어 있는 하부압축스프링 하우징과; 상기 하부압축스프링 하우징의 내부에 설치되어 압축시 탄성반발력을 발휘하는 하부압축스프링과; 상기 하부압축스프링 하우징에 삽입되어 하부압축스프링을 압축하도록 설치된 하부스프링 압축판과; 상기 하부스프링 압축판에 일단이 연결되고 타단이 상기 반구형 볼의 상부에 연결되어 시선유도봉의 젖힘 회전시 하부압축스프링을 압축시키고, 시선유도봉의 젖힘력이 제거되면 하부압축스프링의 탄성복원력으로 시선유도봉을 원위치로 세움시키는 스프링 압축용 와이어를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
