MULTI-LAYER FLOOR DECORATION MATERIAL
The objective of the present invention is to provide an eco-friendly multi-layered flooring material with small thickness deviation between each tile piece, excellent shock absorption, and reduced volatile organic compound (VOC) emission. The present invention is a flooring material comprising a foamed layer, wherein the foamed layer comprises a polyvinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, a filler, a heat-resistant stabilizer and a foam stabilizer, the foamed layer is formed by a mechanical foaming method, and the heat-resistant stabilizer includes a barium stearate salt and a zinc stearate salt, and the content of the foam stabilizer is 1-10 wt% with respect to 35-55 wt% of the polyvinyl chloride resin.
본 발명은 발포층을 포함하는 바닥장식재로서, 상기 발포층은 폴리염화비닐 수지, 가소제, 충진제, 내열안정제 및 발포안정제를 포함하고, 상기 발포층은 기계적 발포 방법으로 형성되며, 상기 내열안정제는 스테아르산 바륨염 및 스테아르산 아연염을 포함하고, 상기 발포안정제는 35 내지 55 중량부의 폴리염화비닐 수지에 대하여 1 내지 10 중량부의 함량으로 포함되는, 다층 바닥장식재에 관한 것이다.
