The present invention provides a reinforcing bar fixture (200) for a removable form, which is installed on an upper part of a form (F) to function as a reinforcing bar spacer and to facilitate removal of the form (F) after pouring concrete (C), and is characterized in that the form (F) is removed downward as a fixing pin (220) whose lower end protrudes through a fixture fixing hole (F1) of the form (F) is removed downward. The present invention further provides a removable form structure using the reinforcing bar fixture (200) for a removable form. The removable form structure comprises: the form (F) installed horizontally; the reinforcing bar fixture (200) for the removable form, which is installed so that fixing steps (212b, 212b`) are caught in a lower portion of the fixture fixing hole (F1) and the lower end of the fixing pin (220) is exposed to a bottom portion of the form (F); a truss reinforcing bar (100) mounted on the reinforcing bar fixture (200) for the removable form; and concrete (C) poured into the top of the form (F) so that the reinforcing bar fixture (200) for the removable form and the truss reinforcing bar (100) are buried, wherein as the fixing pin (220) is removed downward after the concrete (C) is cured, the form (F) is removed downward.
본 발명은 거푸집(F) 상부에 설치되어 철근 스페이서 기능을 하고 콘크리트(C) 타설후 상기 거푸집(F) 탈형을 용이하게 하는 것으로, 상기 거푸집(F)의 고정구고정홀(F1)로 하단이 돌출되는 고정핀(220)을 하부로 제거하면 상기 거푸집(F)이 하부로 탈형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈착식 거푸집용 철근 고정구(200)를 제공한다. 더불어 상기 탈착식 거푸집용 철근 고정구(200)를 이용한 것으로, 수평으로 설치되는 상기 거푸집(F); 상기 정착용단턱(212b, 212b`)이 상기 고정구고정홀(F1) 하부에 걸리도록 하면서 상기 고정핀(220)의 하단이 상기 거푸집(F)이 하부로 노출되도록 설치되는 상기 탈착식 거푸집용 철근 고정구(200); 상기 탈착식 거푸집용 철근 고정구(200) 상부에 거치되는 트러스철근(100); 상기 거푸집(F) 상부로 타설되되 상기 탈착식 거푸집용 철근 고정구(200)와 상기 트러스철근(100)을 매립하여 타설되는 콘크리트(C); 를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 콘크리트(C) 양생 후 상기 고정핀(220)을 하부로 제거하면 상기 거푸집(F)이 하부로 탈형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈착식 거푸집용 철근 고정구를 이용한 탈착식 거푸집 구조를 제공한다.
