POWER CINCHING LATCH USING PLANETARY GEAR DEVICE
A power cinching latch using a planetary gear device is provided. According to the present invention, provided is the power cinching latch using a planetary gear device, which comprises: a housing having an interior space and an opening; a motor connected to a planetary gear assembly to transmit power; a planetary gear assembly connected to the motor to receive and transmit rotational power; a latch device comprising a catch and a pawl and locking and releasing a striker of a vehicle body; and a link lever set controlling the movement of the latch device by receiving rotational force through the motor and the planetary gear assembly. According to the present invention, the power cinching latch using a small motor can be provided using a two-stage planetary gear device. An object of the present invention is to provide the power cinching latch using a planetary gear device, which can be used in a tailgate of a pickup truck and the like.
