A fixing structure for tree protecting plate
The present invention relates to a structure in which a tree protection plate and a support frame supporting the tree protection plate from the outside are assembled and, more specifically, a structure for assembling a tree protection plate, which prevents that a support frame is prevented from being deformed by elevation of roots according to growth of a tree, removes sources of surrounding pollution, simplifies a structure, reduce manufacturing and construction costs, and improves an assembly structure with a cover for a hole for a wood pole. According to the present invention, a tree protection plate assembly structure comprises a tree protection plate body and a support frame supporting the tree protection plate body from the outside. The support frame has an assembling structure of a quadrangular shape as a whole and is formed of four frames, and each of the frames are manufactured by bending a steel plate. The frames include an inward bending part, a secondary vertical part, and a secondary horizontal part, wherein the inward bending part is formed by bending a first vertical part and a first horizontal part successively, the first vertical part serves to prevent the tree protection plate body from moving to the outside, and the first horizontal part is provided to put the tree protection plate body thereon. The secondary vertical part is bent downward in succession with the inward bending part and has a height of the support frame on which the tree protection plate body is placed. The second horizontal part is formed to be bent outward horizontally in succession with the second vertical part and is configured to suppress elevation of tree roots while serving as a floor.
본 발명은 수목보호판과 이를 외곽에서 받쳐주는 받침틀을 포함하여 조립이 이루어지는 구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 수목이 성장하면서 뿌리가 융기하여 받침틀이 변형되는 것을 사전에 방지하고 주변의 오염발생의 근원을 없애면서 구조의 단순화와 함께 제작 및 시공비용의 절감은 물론 지주목용 구멍에 대한 커버와의 조립구조도 개선한 수목보호판의 조립구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 수목보호판 본체와 그리고 수목보호판 본체를 외곽에서 받쳐주는 받침틀을 포함하여 구성이 이루어지는 수목보호판 조립구조에 있어서, 상기 받침틀은 전체적으로 4각 형태의 조립구조로서 4개의 프레임으로 구성하고 상기 프레임은 강판을 절곡하여 각각 제작하고, 상기 프레임은 내향절곡부, 2차 수직부 및 2차 수평부를 포함하여 구성이 이루어지되, 상기 내향절곡부는 1차 수직부와 1차 수평부가 연이어 절곡 형성되고 그 중 1차 수직부는 수목보호판 본체가 외부로 움직일 수 없도록 막는 역할을 하고 그 중 1차 수평부는 수목보호판 본체를 올려놓기 위하여 마련되고, 상기 2차 수직부는 상기 내향절곡부와 연이어 하향절곡이 이루어지고 수목보호판 본체가 얹혀지는 받침틀의 높이를 갖도록 구성하고, 그리고 상기 2차 수평부는 상기 2차 수직부와 연이어 외향 수평으로 절곡 형성되고 바닥역할이면서 수목 뿌리의 융기를 억제하도록 구성이 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
