    METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NON-WOVEN FABRIC FOR SANDWICH PANEL

    The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing non-woven fabric for a sandwich panel which comprises: (1) a step of supplying polyester-based fibers as a raw material for non-woven fabric; (2) a step of dispersing the polyester-based fibers to a predetermined thickness to form a non-woven fiber web; (3) a step of bonding the non-woven fiber web by performing a needle punching process so that the polyester-based fibers are not separated; and (4) a step of manufacturing non-woven fabric by processing the bonded non-woven fiber web. Accordingly, the present invention is advantageous for mass production.

    본 발명은 (1) 부직포의 원료로 폴리에스테르계 섬유를 공급하는 단계; (2) 상기 폴리에스테르계 섬유를 일정 두께로 분산시켜 부직섬유 웹(Web)을 형성하는 단계; (3) 상기 폴리에스테르계 섬유 간 분리되지 않도록 니들펀칭(Needle punching) 공정을 진행하여 상기 부직섬유 웹을 결합시키는 단계; 및 (4) 상기 결합된 부직섬유 웹을 가공처리하여 부직포를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는, 샌드위치 패널용 부직포의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
