SMART MANHOLE COVER
The present invention relates to a smart manhole cover, which is installed to cover a manhole formed on the road, manages the level of sewage and remotely transmits signs of damage to the manhole cover with minimal information, thereby easily maintaining and repairing the manhole, and enables smart manhole management using Internet of things (IoT). The smart manhole cover comprises: a water level sensor installed in a manhole to detect the level of sewage in the manhole; a displacement sensor for detecting the displacement of the ground surface of the location where the manhole is installed; a control unit for generating manhole water level information indicating the level of the sewage from the value detected by the water level sensor and generating manhole index displacement information indicating the amount of changes in position of the smart manhole cover from the value detected by the displacement sensor; and a disaster prevention information transmission unit for remotely transmitting disaster prevention information including the manhole water level information and the manhole index displacement information. Therefore, the smart manhole cover can be manufactured and installed at a very low cost, can be easily constructed, can manage the level of sewage in the manhole and manage signs of damage to the manhole cover with transmission of minimal information, thereby easily maintaining and repairing the manhole, can previously deal with disasters, and can increase the convenience of smart manhole management using IoT.
본 발명은 도로 상에 형성되는 맨홀을 커버하도록 설치되며 최소한의 정보로 오수의 수위 관리 및 맨홀 덮개가 손상되는 전조 증상을 원격으로 전송하여 유지보수가 간편하고 사물 인터넷을 이용한 스마트 맨홀 관리를 가능하게 할 수 있는 스마트 맨홀 덮개에 관한 것으로서, 상기 맨홀 내에 설치되어 상기 맨홀 내 오수의 수위를 검출하는 수위 센서; 상기 맨홀이 설치된 개소의 지표면의 변위를 검출하는 변위 센서; 상기 수위 센서의 검출값으로부터 상기 오수의 수위를 나타내는 맨홀 수위 정보를 생성하고 상기 변위 센서의 검출값으로부터 상기 스마트 맨홀 덮개의 위치 변화량을 나타내는 맨홀 지표 변위 정보를 생성하는 제어부; 및 상기 맨홀 수위 정보 및 상기 맨홀 지표 변위 정보를 포함하는 방재 정보를 원격으로 전송하는 방재 정보 송신부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 제조 및 설치비용이 매우 저렴하고 시공이 간편하며, 최소한의 정보를 전송하는 것으로 맨홀의 오수 수위 관리 및 맨홀 덮개 파손의 전조 증상을 관리할 수 있어 유지보수가 간편함은 물론 선제적인 방재 대응이 가능하고, 궁극적으로는 사물 인터넷을 이용한 스마트 맨홀 관리의 편의성을 증진시키는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a smart manhole cover, which is installed to cover a manhole formed on the road, manages the level of sewage and remotely transmits signs of damage to the manhole cover with minimal information, thereby easily maintaining and repairing the manhole, and enables smart manhole management using Internet of things (IoT). 본 발명은 도로 상에 형성되는 맨홀을 커버하도록 설치되며 최소한의 정보로 오수의 수위 관리 및 맨홀 덮개가 손상되는 전조 증상을 원격으로 전송하여 유지보수가 간편하고 사물 인터넷을 이용한 스마트 맨홀 관리를 가능하게 할 수 있는 스마트 맨홀 덮개에 관한 것으로서, 상기 맨홀 내에 설치되어 상기 맨홀 내 오수의 수위를 검출하는 수위 센서; 상기 맨홀이 설치된 개소의 지표면의 변위를 검출하는 변위 센서; 상기 수위 센서의 검출값으로부터 상기 오수의 수위를 나타내는 맨홀 수위 정보를 생성하고 상기 변위 센서의 검출값으로부터 상기 스마트 맨홀 덮개의 위치 변화량을 나타내는 맨홀 지표 변위 정보를 생성하는 제어부; 및 상기 맨홀 수위 정보 및 상기 맨홀 지표 변위 정보를 포함하는 방재 정보를 원격으로 전송하는 방재 정보 송신부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 제조 및 설치비용이 매우 저렴하고 시공이 간편하며, 최소한의 정보를 전송하는 것으로 맨홀의 오수 수위 관리 및 맨홀 덮개 파손의 전조 증상을 관리할 수 있어 유지보수가 간편함은 물론 선제적인 방재 대응이 가능하고, 궁극적으로는 사물 인터넷을 이용한 스마트 맨홀 관리의 편의성을 증진시키는 효과가 있다.
