DOOR CHECKER ASSEMBLY
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a door checker assembly mounted between a vehicle body and a door to assist in opening and closing the door. A door checker assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a checker arm extending in a longitudinal direction and a door checker through which the checker arm is coupled. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the checker arm includes at least one main operating surface and at least one auxiliary pressure surface. The door checker includes an operating member interworking with the main operating surface of the checker arm in a housing and an elastic member biasing the operating member toward the checker arm. According to an embodiment of the present invention, one or more recesses are provided on the main operating surface of the checker arm, and the auxiliary pressing surface of the checker arm is provided with a pressing area to which an additional auxiliary pressing force is applied from the door checker. According to the present invention, the door can be maintained in an open state at any position desired by a user.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면 차량의 차체와 도어 사이에 장착되어 도어의 개폐작동을 보조하는 도어 체커 조립체가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 도어 체커 조립체는 길이방향으로 연장되어 형성되는 체커암과 체커암이 관통결합되는 도어 체커를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 체커암은 하나 이상의 메인 작동면과 하나 이상의 보조 가압면을 포함하고, 도어 체커는 하우징 내에 체커암의 메인 작동면과 상호작용하는 작동부재와 작동부재를 체커암을 향해 편향시키는 탄성부재를 포함하도록 구성될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 체커암의 메인 작동면에는 하나 이상의 오목부가 구비되고, 체커암의 보조 가압면에는 상기 도어 체커로부터 추가적인 보조 가압력이 인가되는 가압영역이 구비되도록 구성될 수 있다.
