The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a non-combustible metal finish for a building and to a non-combustible metal finish for a building manufactured using the same. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a non-combustible metal finish for a building comprises the steps of: forming a primer layer on a cold-rolled steel sheet; and forming, on the primer layer, a flame retardant coating layer including an acrylic resin containing one or more repeating units selected from the group consisting of repeating units derived from isobutyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate, 2-hydroxy ethyl methacrylate and 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate.
본 발명은 불연성 건축용 금속 마감재의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 불연성 건축용 마감재에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 불연성 건축용 금속 마감재의 제조방법은 냉연강판 상에 프라이머층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 프라이머층 상에 이소부틸 메타크릴레이트, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 2-히드록시 에틸 메타크릴레이트 및 2-에틸 헥실아크릴레이트 유래의 반복단위로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 이상의 반복단위를 함유하는 아크릴계 수지를 포함하는 방염코팅층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
