The present invention relates to an insulating shutter in which a hardened polyamide insulating material is used to prevent slats warped and the marketability deteriorated due to contraction and expansion according to hardening of an insulating material during a manufacturing process of the slats, the insulating material can be mounted by a simple fitting method, and a separate insulating material tape for sealing the insulating material can be omitted, thereby greatly reducing the manufacturing process. A roll up type wind pressure resistant insulating shutter according to the present invention includes a plurality of unit slats installed close to each other and wound on a winding roll, wherein the unit slat includes a body where top and bottom hooks are formed at the top and the bottom, respectively.
본 발명은 경화 폴리아미드 단열재를 사용함으로써 슬랫의 제조과정에서 단열재의 경화반응에 따른 수축, 팽창에 의해 슬랫이 뒤틀려 상품성이 저하되는 문제점을 방지할 수 있음과 아울러, 단순 끼움 방식으로 단열재의 장착을 가능하게 하고 단열재를 실링하기 위한 별도의 단열재 테이프의 생략이 가능하도록 해 제조공정을 대폭 간소화시킬 수 있는 단열 셔터에 관한 것이다.
