Molding for Concrete Deck Product
The present invention provides a mold for manufacturing a concrete deck to manufacture a concrete deck with reduced equipment costs and excellent strength and quality. The mold for manufacturing a concrete deck includes: a bottom panel which is formed in a rectangular shape, and has assembly protrusions respectively formed at both ends in the width direction; a pair of side wall panels which individually have an assembling groove formed on one side facing the pair of side wall panels, and are installed vertically while facing each other with one lower surface in contact with both end surfaces in the width direction of the bottom panel; and a pair of doors which open and close both end surfaces of the upper space of the bottom panel between the pair of side wall panels.
설비비가 절감되고 강도 및 품질이 우수한 콘크리트 데크를 제조할 수 있도록, 직사각형으로 이루어지고 폭방향 양측 끝부분에 조립돌기가 각각 형성되는 바닥패널과, 하측 일면이 바닥패널의 폭방향 양측 끝면과 접하는 상태로 서로 마주보고 수직으로 세워져 설치되고 서로 마주보는 일면에 조립돌기가 조립되는 조립홈이 각각 형성되는 한 쌍의 측벽패널과, 한 쌍의 측벽패널 사이의 바닥패널 상측공간 양쪽 끝면을 개폐하는 한 쌍의 도어를 포함하여 이루어지는 콘크리트 데크 제조용 금형을 제공한다.
