The present disclosure relates to a vibration-proof sleeper for replacement of a vibration-proof box-type vibration-proof sleeper, a lower portion of which is fixedly coupled to a concrete ballast, to an upper portion of which a vibration-proof unit including not only a common rail pad but an elastic pad is applied, wherein a rail fastening device is installed in the upper portion, and thus which makes it easy to find damage or breakage of the vibration-proof unit only through visual observation and also facilitates quick repair with a reduced cost. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vibration-proof sleeper for replacement of a vibration-proof box-type vibration-proof sleeper, which is constructed to replace a previously installed vibration-proof box-type vibration-proof sleeper in a groove on a concrete ballast, comprises: a concrete sleeper block a lower part of which is inserted and fixed by mortar grout in the groove on the concrete ballast from which the vibration-proof box-type vibration-proof sleeper is removed, in which anchor sockets are embedded and fixed, and on an upper surface of which a seating surface is formed by binding protrusions protruding from both sides of the upper surface; an elastic pad stacked on the seating surface of the concrete sleeper block; a base plate stacked on the elastic pad and having a seating groove formed in the center of an upper surface; a rail pad stacked in the seating groove of the base plate and supporting a rail seated thereon; side support guide panels installed on both sides of the base plate; elastic clamps installed on both sides of the base plate and the side support guide panels to press and support both lower sides of the rail; and fastening bolts fastened to the anchor sockets through both sides of the base plate to press and support the elastic clamps.

개시된 내용은 하부는 콘크리트도상에 대해 고정결합되는 반면에 레일체결장치가 설치되는 상부에 통상의 레일패드 이외에 탄성패드까지 포함된 방진부가 적용됨에 따라 육안관찰만으로도 방진부의 손상이나 파손 정도의 파악이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 최소 비용으로 유지보수가 신속용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 방진상자형 방진침목의 교체시공을 위한 방진침목에 관한 것이다. 개시된 내용은 콘크리트도상의 홈 내에 기 설치된 방진상자형 방진침목을 대체하여 교체시공되는 방진상자형 방진침목의 교체시공을 위한 방진침목에 있어서, 하부는 상기 방진상자형 방진침목이 제거된 상기 콘크리트도상의 홈 내에 몰탈그라우트에 의해 삽입고정되고 내부에는 앵커소켓이 매립고정되며 상부면에는 양측에 돌출형성되는 결착돌출부에 의해 안착면이 형성되는 콘크리트침목블럭과, 상기 콘크리트침목블럭의 안착면에 적층되는 탄성패드와, 상기 탄성패드 상에 적층되고 상부면 중앙에는 안착홈이 형성되는 베이스플레이트와, 상기 베이스플레이트의 안착홈에 적층되고 레일이 안착지지되는 레일패드와, 상기 베이스플레이트의 양측에 설치되는 측면지지가이드패널과, 상기 베이스플레이트의 양측과 상기 측면지지가이드패널 상에 설치되어 상기 레일의 하부 양측을 가압지지하는 탄성클램프와, 상기 베이스플레이트의 양측을 관통하여 상기 앵커소켓에 체결되면서 상기 탄성클램프를 가압지지하는 체결볼트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방진상자형 방진침목의 교체시공을 위한 방진침목을 일 실시예로 제시한다.
