Sidewalk concrete deck and deck moulding frame
The present invention relates to a concrete deck for a sidewalk, wherein a weight of the concrete deck for safe walk of passengers is lightened to increase portability and constructability and to significantly improve durability. In other words, the concrete deck for a sidewalk of the present invention comprises: a deck body which is made of concrete and is provided as a rectangular plate body; an anti-slip surface which is formed on an upper surface of the deck body and prevents slip of a passenger; a connection assembly unit which is formed on both lateral surfaces in the length direction of the deck body; and a plurality of metal support pipes inside the deck body. Durability of the concrete deck is significantly improved by increasing stiffness of the deck while lightening a weight of the deck by a hollow unit of the metal support pipe.
본 발명은 보행자들이 안전하게 보행할 수 있도록 하는 콘크리트 데크를 경량화하여 운반 및 시공성을 높이면서 내구성을 크게 향상시킨 보도용 콘크리트 데크에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 콘크리트로 제조되고 장방형의 판체로 구비된 데크 몸체, 상기 데크 몸체의 상면에 형성되어 보행자의 미끄럼을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 미끄럼방지면, 상기 데크 몸체의 길이방향 양측면에 형성되는 연결 조립부, 상기 데크 몸체의 내부에 다수개의 금속 지지관이 배치된 구성으로 금속 지지관의 중공부에 의해 경량성을 갖도록 하면서 데크의 강성을 높여 내구성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 보도용 콘크리트 데크를 특징으로 한다.
