본 발명은 건축재로 사용되는 천연 화강석의 발색공정을 간소화하고, 발색 공정을 자동 생산이 가능하도록 라인화하여 효율적인 생산이 가능하도록 한 것으로, 화강석을 개별 발색할 수 있도록 화강석을 인라인으로 이송시키며 발색 공정 간 제품의 이동을 자동화로 진행하기 위한 이송부와, 착색공정을 인라인 타입으로 진행하도록 상기 이송부의 임의의 위치에 구성되는 착색부와, 상기 이송부의 이송경로상에서 착색부의 차순위에 배치되는 가열부 및 냉각부를 포함하고, 상기 착색부는 압력챔버 용액을 주입하기 위한 용액라인과 압력을 주입하고 배출하기 위한 압력라인이 연결되고, 압력챔버에는 도어를 개폐하여 재단된 할석상태의 화강석을 개별 공급하여 용액을 압력챔버의 내공간에 채운 후 압력을 가하여 화강석에 착석이 이루어지도록 하고, 상기 가열부는 화강석을 이송시키는 이송부에 가열장치를 장착하고, 가열장치는 이송요소의 상단과 하단에 근적외선램프를 장착하여 화강석을 개별 가열,건조시킨 후 냉각부를 통하여 냉각이 이루어지도록 함으로써 생산성과 품질이 형성되게 자동화 라인에서 천연 화강석의 발색이 이루어지도록 한 것이다.
The present invention is to simplify a color development process for natural granite used as building material, and streamlines the color development process so as to enable automatic production, thus enabling efficient production. The present invention comprises: a transport unit which transports granite in-line and enables automatic transport of products between color development processes to enable individual color development of granite; a coloring unit which is configured at an arbitrary position in the transport unit such that the color development process can proceed in an in-line type; and a heating unit and a cooling unit, which are disposed subsequent to the coloring unit on a transport path of the transport unit, wherein: to the coloring unit, a solution line for injecting a pressure chamber solution, and a pressure line for injecting and discharging a pressure are connected; in a pressure chamber, cut pieces of granite in the state of crushed stone are individually supplied by opening and closing a door, and after filling an inner space of the pressure chamber with a solution, a pressure is applied so as to develop a color in the granite; and the heating unit has a heating device mounted on the transport unit transporting the granite, wherein the heating device has a near-infrared lamp mounted on upper and lower ends of a transport element so as to allow the pieces of granite to be individually heated and dried, and then cooled by the cooling unit. Accordingly, colors can be developed in natural granite in an automated line, thus improving productivity and quality.
