The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a laminated coconut fiber mat, and a method for manufacturing a laminated coconut fiber mat. The apparatus for manufacturing a laminated coconut fiber mat according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a weaving unit weaving a coconut fiber mat by allowing warps and wefts to cross each other; a functional mat supply unit supplying a functional mat so as to be in contact with one surface of the coconut fiber mat woven in the weaving unit; a mixed mat sewing unit producing a mixed mat by combining and sewing the coconut fiber mat and the functional mat; a cutting unit cutting the mixed mat to a predetermined length; an upper sewing unit sewing an upper part of an end of the mixed mat cut by the cutting unit; and a lower sewing unit sewing a lower part of the end of the mixed mat cut by the cutting unit.
본 발명은 적층야자매트 제조장치 및 적층야자매트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예를 따르는 적층야자매트 제조장치는, 날줄 및 씨줄을 교차하여 야자매트를 직조하는 직조부; 상기 직조부에서 직조된 야자매트의 일면에 접하도록 기능성매트를 공급하는 기능성매트 공급부; 상기 야자매트 및 기능성매트를 결합하여 재봉함으로써 혼합매트를 제조하는 혼합매트재봉부; 상기 혼합매트를 소정의 길이로 절단하는 절단부; 상기 절단부에 의해 절단된 혼합매트의 단부의 상부를 재봉하는 상부재봉부; 및 상기 절단부에 의해 절단된 혼합매트의 단부의 하부를 재봉하는 하부재봉부;를 포함한다.
