The present invention relates to a waterproofing composition for building floors to facilitate application, and a floor waterproofing method and flooring waterproofing system using the same. According to the present invention, the flooring waterproofing system comprises a conveyor belt (10), brushes (20, 20'), a first robot applicator (30), a second robot applicator (30'), and a third robot applicator (30"). The floor waterproofing method comprises a flooring placing process, a floor covering waterproofing composition supply process, a side coating process, a top surface coating process, a front surface coating process, and a back surface coating process.
본 발명은 건축용 바닥재 방수용 조성물, 이를 이용한 바닥재 방수방법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것으로, 컨베이어 벨트(10)와; 브러쉬(20, 20')와; 제1 로봇 도포기(30)와; 제2 로봇 도포기(30') 및; 제3 로봇 도포기(30")로 구성되어 바닥재 재치공정과; 바닥재 방수용 조성물 공급공정과; 측면 도포공정와; 윗면 도포공정와; 앞면 도포공정 및; 뒷면 도포공정으로 이루어져 아크릴 공중합체 34 ∼ 35 중량%, 물 24 ∼ 25 중량%, 석회석 15 ∼ 16 중량%, 이산화티탄 10 ∼ 11 중량%, 아염소산염-그룹 미네랄(Chlorite-group minerals) 2 ∼ 4 중량%, 프로필렌 글리콜(Propylene Glycol) 2 ∼ 4 중량%, 글리세롤(Glycerol) 1 ∼ 2 중량%, 소성된 카올린(Kaolin calcined) 1 ∼ 2 중량%, 크리스토발라이트(Cristobalite) 1 ∼ 2 중량%, 하이드록시에칠 셀룰로오즈 에테르(Hydroxyethyl cellulose ether) 0.05 ∼ 1 중량%의 조성물을 도포하여 도포 작업을 용이하게 하고, 내수성, 내알칼리성이 좋고, 기계적 강도가 높으며, 내열성, 부착성이 타 유기도료보다 높고, 후도막이 가능하고, 내후성, 내산성이 높고 황변현상이 없을 뿐만 아니라 내충격성, 내마모성 및 경도가 높아 기계실, 주차장, 물류창고, VOC를 함유하지 않아 시공 시 및 시공 후 유기화합물이나 유해가스가 발생되지 않아 물을 많이 사용하는 식품공장이나 주방의 바닥 시공에 특히 적합한 각별한 장점이 있는 유용한 발명이다.
