Construction Method for Reinforce Gap Space Between Slab Structure and Curtain Wall
The present invention relates to a construction method for reinforcing a gap between an interfloor slab and a curtain wall. The construction method comprises the steps of: (a) constructing curtain walls (2) on the front of an interfloor slab (1) formed as a concrete structure; (b) fixing and installing support members (10) at regular intervals on the end surface of the slab (1); (c) filling lower ends of the support members (10) with an interfloor fire-preventive material (4), and horizontally fixing reinforcing members (20) to upper ends of the support members (10); (d) fixing and coupling a cover member (30) to the reinforcing members (20) so that the top surface of the cover member (30) is coplanar with that of the slab (1), and fixing and installing a finishing member (40) on the cover member (30) and the slab (1). The above components are constructed in the gap formed between the interfloor slab and the curtain wall. The construction method for reinforcing a gap between an interfloor slab and a curtain wall can construct flooring over the gap between the slab and the curtain wall without additional construction, and can prevent loss or dislodging of the interfloor fire-preventive material due to an external force.
본 발명은 건축물의 층간 슬래브와 커튼월 사이의 간극을 보강하는 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 층간 슬래브와 커튼월 사이의 간극 보강 시공방법에 있어서, (a) 콘크리트구조체로 이루어진 층간 슬래브(1)의 전방에 커튼월(2)을 시공하는 단계; (b) 상기 슬래브(1)의 단면에 일정 간격으로 지지부재(10)를 고정 설치하는 단계; (c) 상기 지지부재(10)의 하단에 층간방화재(4)를 채우고, 상기 지지부재(10)의 상단에 보강부재(20)를 가로로 고정 설치하는 단계; (d) 상기 보강부재(20) 위에 커버부재(30)를 고정 결합하되, 상기 커버부재(30)의 상단면이 슬래브(1)의 상단면과 일치하도록 결합하고, 상기 커버부재(30)와 슬래브(1) 위로 마감부재(40)를 고정 설치하는 단계; 를 포함하여 시공하되, 상기 층간 슬래브와 커튼월 사이에 간극이 형성된 곳에 시공되는 것이다. 본 발명은 층간 슬래브와 커튼월 사이의 간극 보강 시공방법에 의해 슬래브와 커튼월 사이의 간극 위로 별도의 부가적인 공사 없이도 바닥재의 시공이 가능하고, 외력에 의한 층간방화재의 망실이나 탈락을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
