RECTANGULAR PIPE CONNECTOR FOR LIGHTWEIGHT STEEL STRUCTURE AND RECTANGULAR PIPE CONNECTION METHOD
The present invention relates to a square pipe connector for a light steel frame for connecting a square pipe on a vertically installed pillar unit, and a square pipe connection method using the same. The square pipe connector comprises: an adherence unit which has a square plate shape to be closely fixed on the pillar unit and has a plurality of first bolt holes to be fixed by a bolt screw; a fixation unit which is formed with both lateral plates and a lower plate to accommodate an end of the square pipe on both lateral sides and the lower side to fix and support the same, and has a plurality of second bolt holes on both the lateral plates and the lower plate to be fixed by a bolt screw; and an open upper unit which is open so that the end of the square pipe is inserted in the fixation unit. When connecting the square pipe for the light steel frame, the square pipe connector is used instead of welding to improve stability and economic feasibility.
본 발명은 수직으로 설치되는 기둥부에 사각 파이프를 연결하기 위한 경량철골용 사각 파이프 연결구에 있어서, 상기 기둥부에 밀착 고정되도록 사각형 판 형상으로, 볼트스크류로 고정할 수 있도록 복수의 제1볼트공이 형성되어 있는 부착부와, 상기 사각 파이프의 단부를 양 측면 및 하부면에서 수용하여 고정 지지하도록 양 측면판 및 하부판으로 이루어지며, 상기 양 측면판 및 하부판에는 볼트스크류로 고정할 수 있도록 복수의 제2볼트공이 형성되어 있는 고정부, 상기 고정부 내에 상기 사각 파이프의 단부가 삽입되도록 개방되어 있는 상부 개방부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량철골용 사각 파이프 연결구와 이를 이용한 사각 파이프 연결방법.
