Cloud Livestock Prevention Management System
The present invention relates to a cloud stockbreeding quarantine management system, which simply installs a camera of recognizing a vehicle without applying a vehicle number recognition system to each pen-related facility, and allows a main server to recognize the vehicle and to control and manage an access when a vehicle number is photographed to be transmitted to the main server, and thus, is conveniently installed and operated in a cattle farm and the like, and is formed at low costs. The cloud stockbreeding quarantine management system of the present invention comprises: a loop sensor unit installed in a pen-related facility, and recognizing an accessing vehicle; a camera photographing unit for photographing a vehicle number of the vehicle; a wireless communication unit for transmitting the vehicle number photographed by the camera photographing unit to a main server to receive the accessibility or inaccessibility; a main server having an inquiry of the vehicle number transmitted from the wireless communication unit, and notifying the accessibility or inaccessibility; and a control unit for controlling a barrier to control an access of the vehicle in accordance with the accessibility or inaccessibility received from the wireless communication unit.
본 발명은 각각의 축사관련시설 마다 차량번호인식 시스템을 적용하지 않고, 단지 차량을 인식하는 카메라를 설치하고, 차량번호를 촬영하여 메인서버로 보내주면 메인서버에서 차량을 인식하여 출입 통제 및 관리를 수행할 수 있도록 하여 소농장 등에서 설치 및 운용이 편리하고, 비용이 저렴하도록 형성한 클라우드 축산 방역 관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 축사관련시설에 설치되어 출입하는 차량을 인식하는 루프센서부; 상기 차량의 차량번호를 촬영하는 카메라 촬영부; 상기 카메라 촬영부에서 촬영된 차랑번호를 메인서버로 전송하고 출입가능여부를 수신하는 무선통신부; 상기 무선통신부로부터 전송된 차량번호를 조회하여 출입가능여부를 통보하는 메인서버; 상기 무선통신부로부터 수신된 출입가능여부에 따라 차단기를 제어하여 상기 차량의 출입을 통제하는 제어부를 포함한다.
